Bluewater should be notified immediately of any accidental damage occur to the materials integrity (i.e. cut or punctured). NOTE* Bluewater’s Proprietary Basalt Anchoring System has a tense strength of 52,000 pounds per square inch, replacing the original yellow pine wooden stakes recommended by the manufacturer, creating a 100% nonbiodegradable Erosion Control System. 3 Customer Responsibilities CUSTOMER is responsible for the cost of any ARC/HOA permits that may be required prior to commencement of work. Irrigation heads will be flagged by CUSTOMER. BLUE WATER ENVIRONMENTAL will not be responsible for damage to any unidentified irrigation during the course of the project. BLUE WATER ENVIRONMENTAL will repair damage to identified (flagged) irrigation heads if damaged during installation operations in a timely manner. A staging area for materials and equipment will be required. BLUE WATER ENVIRONMENTAL will access the lake at designated area and re-sod any damaged grass of the ingress. (NOTE: CUSTOMER is responsible to maintain the sod once installed. It is necessary to properly water the new sod at least once a day for a two (2) week period when rainfall is absent). Invoices submitted for work completed shall be paid within 30 days of receipt. Any incidental activity not explicitly mentioned in this proposal is excluded from the scope of work. 5. This proposal shall be valid for 30 days. 6. Severability. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or illegal by any court or agency of competent jurisdiction, than that part shall be limited or curtailed to the extent necessary to make such provision valid, and all other remaining terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. 11. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument; 12. No Third-Party Beneficiary. The terms and provisions of this Agreement are intended solely for the benefit of each party hereto and their respective successors or permitted assigns, and it is not the intention of the parties to confer third-party beneficiary rights upon any other person or entity, 13. Creek Field Operations & Amenity Management Report – September 9th, 2026 The following is a review of items related to Field Operations, Maintenance, and Amenity management at Six Mile Creek. Events & Community Information Events . The Back to School bash scheduled for 8/8 but was canceled due to storms. We combined it with the Summer Send Off Party on 8/15, and it was a success! I gave away some goodies until they ran out. I had color changing cups with drink mixes inside, lip balm, and candies and “school survival kits” for the kids which contained notebooks, folders, pencils, highlighters, erasers, pencil pouches, and sticker sheets! We also had a bubble party around the pool deck, cotton candy and snow cones being served pool side, music, food trucks, corn hole, robotics building, and mini golf stations! Shout out to First Coast Foam Parties, Jax Snow Shack, CFA, and RoboThink! The Back to Home School party was a good event as well the following week! . Primp (mobile beauty bus) visited the community on September 3rd, providing mobile beauty services for residents. . A community blood drive is scheduled for September 9th. . We have Halloween Paint Night upcoming on 10/2. I will be providing spooky themed mocktails and cocoa and Family Bingo on 9/18. . I have scheduled Kids Night Out with Play Academy’s assistance for 10/10. If our first does well, we hope to have this reoccurring. . Touch a Truck has been rescheduled from November to October due to availability constraints. I have already booked a few solid vendors! . I am looking into throwing a Halloween costume party as well as a Halloween kick off for the kids. Community . We had our first election period now that we are a voting precinct. It was very busy and a learning curve but overall was successful. . Swim St. Augustine LLC has launched their services to the community until October when they will take a break for the fall/winter season. o Blue Lane Swimming has agreed to Board’s request for no lap pool usage; they are preparing to launch their services. Event Photos Weekly Maintenance Responsibilities Listed below are weekly maintenance responsibilities: . Roadways, pickleball courts, playgrounds, pool areas, sports complexes, and parking lots are inspected for debris and any necessary repairs. . All trash receptacles are checked daily and emptied as needed. . All pool furniture is straightened and organized at the start of each day. . Lighting inspections are conducted every month, and bulbs are replaced as needed. . The entryway, back patio, Front Patio, Pool deck, front sidewalks, and surrounding area are inspected for debris. . All gym equipment is inspected monthly to ensure it’s in proper working order. . Further maintenance tasks are conducted on an as-needed basis. Examples of these developments are listed in the following pages. Completed Projects Additional Maintenance Tasks completed • GMS installed a new sink in the Welcome Center. • A new shower handle was installed on the outdoor shower near the resort pool to replace a broken one. • More fences throughout the community are in the process of being painted. Currently working on the Kayak Launch area. COMPLETED OBJECTIVES • Palm Tree pruning on pool deck and recreation field. • Ordered chair lift for the lap pool. • Gym benches and weight rack have been ordered. • Kayak Launch fence areas painted. • Gutters on pool deck cleaned out. • Camp House was pressure washed.
